    Deborah Levy (1959) je ena najpomembnejših sodobnih britanskih pisateljic in dramatičark in spada v svetovni literarni kanon.

    Je avtorica osmih kritiško priznanih romanov, treh zbirk kratkih zgodb in radijskih iger, vrste dramskih besedil, pesniške zbirke in  avtorske trilogije Vsega tega nočem vedeti, ki velja za prelomno delo avtofikcije ter esejistični presežek. Za svoje prodorno pisanje si je Deborah Levy prislužila vrsto literarnih nagrad in nominacij; njeni romani so bili večkrat nominirani za nagrado man booker, za prvi in drugi del trilogije je prejela francosko nagrado prix femina za najboljšo tujo knjigo, s Ceno življenja, druga knjiga njenih spominov, pa se je uvrstila na Guardianov seznam najboljših del 21. stoletja.
